Become more aware of the most common mental health conditions and what to do to support a young person experiencing difficulties.
  1. Understand the risk factors for mental ill-health and how to promote mental resilience.
  2. Know the different ways mental ill health can present, and be able to identify symptoms of anxiety, depression, self-harm, and suicide risk.
  3. Know how to respond safely and where to signpost someone to access the right support

Our mental health awareness course is a practical and interactive small-group, 8-hour, online workshop, delivered across two mornings (UK time) via zoom.
