Know how to promote mental health and raise mental resilience through the latest research in positive psychology and the science of wellbeing.
  1. Develop an understanding of the mental health continuum and the research into flourishing, languishing, mental illness, and mental resilience.
  2. Be aware of the two common wellbeing frameworks, PERMA (American) and 5 ways (advocated by the British government), and the mechanisms through with they improve flourishing and reduce languishing.
  3. Be aware of the vast evidence-base behind the five foundations of wellbeing and how positive psychology interventions can support their daily practice.

Our mental health resilience course is a practical and interactive small-group, 7-hour, online workshop, delivered across two mornings (UK time) via zoom.

Becoming aware of our thoughts and looking after our minds for mental resilience

Positive relationships and looking after our social selves for mental resilience
